Spring is on its way and with the prospect of warmer days (and skimpier clothes) ahead it's time to shed that comfort food-flab and get back in shape!
These simple but effective strategies will help you lose a pound or two a week without any hard grind....
Up it to one third fruit and veg
Fruit and veg are the best way of filling up but not out! Fill one third of your plate with fruit or veg (a minimum of 5 portions a day). Fresh, frozen, dried, juiced and canned types all count, as does a small glass of juice per day.
Top tip: Eat a rainbow - the more natural colours you eat the wider the range of nutrients you'll be getting.
