Here is a simple plan, easy to follow and designed to make you lose 2 to 3 lbs a week. There's no need to count calories, simply follow the delicious menu and repeat after 2 weeks to carry on. If you can't strictly obey the menu one day, you can substitue for a shop bought sandwich, salad for lunch or a ready meal for dinner, that's fine, just remember to stick to the calorie allowances.
