However, there are plenty of ways to build more exercise into your day without needing any extra time or money. If you work, then ensure you make the most of your lunch break. Getting outside and taking a 15-minute walk will help you burn some calories - not to mention wake you up for the afternoon.

When shopping, try to park further away from the store than you usually would. If you're heading into town, then why not park on the outskirts? As well as getting some exercise, you'll probably end up saving some cash. If you're a chatterbox and always have one ear glued to your mobile, then you could try walking around during your conversation. Take a stroll round the block while talking to your mum or listening to your best friend's problems, instead of sitting in your armchair. You'll feel much better for it.
