Get fit the fun way with trampolining
If the thought of visiting the gym does not excite you and you find conventional exercise a chore, it could be time to invest in a trampoline and inject some fun into your routine. There are plenty of options available, from large garden-sized trampolines, to miniature versions that you can work out on in your living room.
Apart from being lots of fun, bouncing around your lounge or back yard for an hour three times a week will help to get your heart rate up and improve your overall fitness levels. You are also likely to find that your rhythm, co-ordination and balance get better as the weeks go on.
Additionally, it's a low impact activity, which makes it an ideal option for people who are concerned about sustaining injuries while they are exercising. Other fun activities that you're never too old to enjoy include roller skating, skipping and hoola hooping. If you suffer from any knee and joint related illness please consult your GP before you begin.
