Chocolate Espresso Martini

Give your cocktail a kick! An elegant dinner party addition.

Ingredients

4 tbsp hot Italian coffee
3 tsp Canderel granules
1 heaped tsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
1fl oz shot vodka
1 fl oz shot Kahlua
Crushed ice

Step by step
Mix the coffee, Canderel and cocoa powder together. Allow to cool.
Pour into a cocktail shaker, add the milk, vodka and Kahlua and shake.
Place some crushed ice into the cocktail glass then strain over the martini and serve.
