Pineapple and Kiwi Vitality Drink

A fresh tasting drink which can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Perfect after a session at the gym.

Ingredients

Half a medium pineapple
1 ripe kiwi fruit
Juice of half a lime or lemon
2 tbsp Canderel granules
200ml unsweetened apple juice

Step by step
Cut away all the skin from the pineapple and discard the core from the middle, cut into rough chunks.
Peel the kiwi and chop. Put into a blender with the pineapple, lime juice, Canderel and apple juice.
Whizz until smooth and serve.
