Pineapple and Kiwi Vitality Drink

A fresh taste to this drink which can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Perfect after a session at the gym.

Ingredients

½ medium pineapple
1 ripe kiwi fruit
juice ½ lime or lemon
2 tbsp Canderel granules
200 ml unsweetened apple juice

Step by step
Cut away all the skin from the pineapple and discard the core from the middle, cut into rough chunks.
Peel the kiwi and chop put into a blender with the pineapple, lime juice Canderel and apple juice and whizz until smooth
